My name is Adam Conway. I am the Lead Technical Editor for XDA-Developers. I have been a freelance technology journalist and reporter since 2017, producing content for websites such as The College Tribune and PixelSpot. I founded Irish Tech, a news site focused on the Irish technology market. I am also a Computer Science graduate from University College Dublin, having achieved a Second Class Honours, Grade 1, with an overall GPA of 3.54 in 2021. I achieved a First Class Honours in my final year and Bachelor's Thesis.

In my spare time, I like to investigate potential leads for a story, often putting my technical skills to use in order to try and find information that may not necessarily be public yet. I am also an avid competitor in the game Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, having been greatly involved as a volunteer in the Irish Collegiate Esports and the Irish Challenger League. I wrote esports-centric articles for Team Dignitas in 2015, and recently covered the Valhalla VALORANT Invitational as a reporter and editor.

I pride myself on my work, having written a number of notable articles for varying publications. I have represented XDA-Developers at numerous international events such as Mobile World Congress, the Internationale Funkausstellung, and countless phone launches. Some examples of my work are below.

I also, at times, post what I am investigating on my Twitter. I recently was featured in multiple leading Irish news sites for purchasing the correctly spelled domain of an Irish-government-owned website, as the official website spelled the word "certificate" incorrectly. This was done to prevent it from being bought and used by scammers.
